However there were 2 issues that I expect at a 5 star hotel. 1) The front desk doesn't have credit card tapb technology, many people don't carry physical card anymore, they are loaded on their phones to be used with tap. 2) They need to work on the response time on messaging in the app and texting. The staff were extra nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate to our necessities every time we asked for anything. And they are all bilingual. "
