"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Property was described accurately. Everything we needed for a comfortable few days in Santa Fe. A couple things guests should be aware of: 1. the heater is REALLY loud when it kicks in; and 2. the unit came with a word burning fireplace, but we had to pay an additional $25 for wood that lasted less than two nights."

"Sally's condo is thoughtfully decorated, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The beds are great and the condo's location makes it easy to travel into the plaza or to head north for other adventures. It is by far the best accommodation we have found in Santa Fe and we look forward to returning."
