"We arrived here after receiving multiple confirmations and paying $3k USD but the entire place was closed for the season. I would never recommend this place as they put us in a very dangerous situation. They did absolutely nothing to help us find another accommodation during the middle of the off season and night. "Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain."

"Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas."

"Llegue al lugar, pésima visibilidad me pase un par de veces, pese a tener reserva el lugar estaba cerrado. Llegue noche, no me querían al menos dejar alojarme por esa noche Me dieron un alojamiento en una pieza de servicio, cuya aislacion dejaba mucho que desear. Tuve que alimentar una estufa de leña regularmente durante toda la noche para mantener la temperatura. Al haber perdido el fin de semana esperaba al menos que me alojaran por los dos días restantes, lo cual no ocurrió Mala reacción...

"An extremely comfortable and pristine hotel, particularly considering how remote Villa O’Higgins is. The cabins are warm and cosy, with wood floors and walls and an efficient shower. The main hotel area is also tastefully decorated and staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They don’t have a restaurant but in addition to serving breakfast they will, on request, serve dinner - which we found to be good and definitely preferable to anywhere in town.
