"Great food and great view"

"Très bien situé proche resto plage du détroit de Magellan à 300m,mercado municipal à 600m , bon petit déjeuner inclus Acceuil sympathique de Carlos pret à aider pour tout Hotel "rustique" j'y suis resté 3 nuits agréables "

"Terrible... reservamos una habitacion doble que mostraba fotos que incluian baño privado. Al llegar vimos que era con balo compartido, en la descripcion de la habitacion no lo decia... pero si mostraban la foto del mismo. Publicidad engañosa. Nonos quedamos..."

Breakfast was very simple, dis not expect much, but the rest of the people at the hostel recieved better food, for some reason. We did not recieve any privacy during our stay.. Good first inpression from the hosts, but from there we felt not wanted.. "

"Lleva el hostal una sola persona. Todas las veces que llamábamos al timbre o no estaba o estaba durmiendo y no habría. En nuestra habitación se fueron huéspedes y no cambiaba las camas ni limpiaba el suelo. Las habitaciones son como modulos de madera muy pequeños y sin lockers. La cocina estaba exageradamente sucia. A parte en la web ponía un precio y luego nos quería cobrar el doble."

"We stayed here before and after our trek. After, the lady running the place offered laundry service. However, she kept delaying when it was going to be finished. We gave her one load to do but clearly it was mixed with other clothing. The next morning, she was no where to be found and we were scrambling to find all our articles of clothing with the help of the lady who makes breakfast (who was very sweet). Worse of all, when the lady was called over, she seemed upset that I was bothering her to...

"I have booked the twin bed with private bathroom but hotel did not reserve the room as said in booking instead they have provided room without toilet. They have contacted Expedia but no support provided. I need to choose to stay in other hotels or stay with room without toilet. The hotel staff hotel staff help to find other hotel but not good due to last minutes booking. I Don’t have an option but to stay at factoria Patagonia without bathroom."
