"Great service, staff was courteous and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Only first day, had no hot water for the shower... after that everything was great!"

En la habitación que nos tocó no había aire acondicionado, había ventilador, pero aún así se sentía mucho calor. Lo que pueden mejorar es el servicio del desayuno, el café no era bueno y no hay servicio a la carta. "

"This property and the employees were great, very clean, beautiful and friendly place. Great for young families and couples. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant, however it looked like they had a nice variety of food for breakfast. Our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was very low. If the hotel could have a detachable shower head it would be more helpful. Thank you Casa Francisco!"
