"The front desk staff were wonderful. I had a 3pm check in on a Friday and got there late, like 11am Saturday and they still got me my room. I called twice to ask them to tell them and they were sympathetic to my issue—driving an EV from Florida."

"This is a beautiful small hotel in an old mansion. We were in the area for a graduation, and just overnight. We had three rooms, which were each spacious and unique. Parking on-site was great, and the hotel is an easy walk to the downtown area, with lots of great shopping and dining options. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Would highly recommend!"

"1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)"
