"We visited the hotel, approached the check-in counter, and politely inquired if a visitor could join us. Unfortunately, the staff member responded rudely, threatening to expel us if anyone else appeared on the security camera. Shockingly, he physically confronted us, treating us as if we were in a fight. He even canceled our reservation, leaving us feeling unsafe. Subsequently, we contacted the police, and after their arrival, we decided to leave the premises."
