"It was a beautiful older model hotel, alot of the original structure remains. TVs were outdated, my room could have been cleaner as there was hair left on the hair dryer & some on the sheets. One of the doorman Steve greeted us & was absolutely phenomenal & full of knowledge for our first time in Chicago. The food was ok, nothing to be excited about. The beds were pretty hard & rooms hot without a thermostat. Overall it was a decent stay."

"Family trip from Texas to Chicago. 2-double rooms was a perfect fit. They had a great selection for breakfast and within walking distances to our selected attractions. Great spot! Will stay at this hotel next time we’re in Chicago! "

"The location was nice. Otherwise it was nice for our first time in Chicago. It would of been nice for people out of state or town to have better help about how to find places and the subway. how the subway works. When we asked people tell you like you lived their your whole life."

"The bathroom has a sensor and shuts off every 3 mins. Trying to shower was a nightmare because mid shower the light kept turning off. There is no way to stop this from happening. I stayed for 4 nights and it was such a pain every day. "

"Great location and staff were helpful. The room was quiet. The only issue we had was the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and sloped causing towels to fall on to the bathroom floor. "
