"This is a beer basic hotel at a very cheap price. My hotel in Chiang Mai was the same price but much much better. This is a purely basic hotel. Not super comfortable, but comfortable enough. Needs major upgrading like a coat of paint and modern light bulbs. But once again, for the price, clean and does well for a few nights."

"convenient location to the night bazaar and street market however the room couldve used some cleaning on the walls. Our room had a big stain on the wall that wouldn’t come off as well as stains on the counter shelf. Enjoyed the daily water bottle, coffee and snacks refills left on the door. "

The restaurants and cafe are excellent, especially the Italian restaurant Favola, a must try. Overall excellent property, a great place to spend your time and vacation."
