"Our stay at the Rasa Boutique Hotel in Chiang Rai was generally pleasant. The reception was friendly and efficient and less bureaucratic than some Thai hotels: We had two rooms, one for me and my wife and a second for my wife's sister and her young adult daughter, who arrived later. We were able to check into both rooms without needing to have everyone's ID copied. The hotel is slightly dated but is designed in a nice Moorish theme.
