"We had a clean spacious room with a great view. The staff was exceptionally friendly storing our luggage so we could explore the city. The hotel is right by one of the trolley 28 termination points. Easy walk to several squares, lookout points and an elevator. Recommend buying 24 hour metro pass and exploring Lisbon using the Mundial as a home base. I believe it works on the elevator too."

The concierge was always there to help and the restaurant was excellent. They offered walking tours for free. "I highly recommend this amazing hotel. We arrived during the blackout last week and the staff were very accommodating, understanding, and compassionate to travelers. The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Parque Eduardo, the metro station, with plenty of shopping and dining options. I couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were. I could not hear a thing from the neighbors, and the only time you could hear the street below was if the window was open. The mild climate did make sleeping with the window open a wonderful treat. I would certainly stay at Locke de Santa Joana again and would recommend it to the travelers. "
