"Easy check in wish I could remember her name. Super nice even though we requested first floor when booking due to medical issues she had no problem switching us. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast continental was okay, the attendant was nice and kept the tables, counters, & supplies stocked & clean. They did not have cream cheese for the bagels which was odd?? But the hot foods were great. "
