"We had an amazing stay at Massimo's Tuscan Villa. We were close to the walled city of Luca, and it was a great place to stage your Tuscan vacation. The villa itself was well appointed and everything was high quality. The amazing views, and the Tuscan hillside made each morning very special. Massimo is a great host. He ensured that we had everything we needed and he knew it was our anniversary and left us a little gift for when we checked in. If you're looking for a typical Tuscan villa on the Tuscan Hill side surrounded by olive trees on a working olive tree farm, stay with Massimo. One of the best VRBO hosts I've ever had."

"The house is an absolutely stunning location. Breath taking views every morning, even if the weather did always play ball. There are some lovely areas to walk in and explore nearby and a few very nice local restaurants but these can get booked up very quickly. Even when it was raining we enjoyed our stay as the dense forests provided plenty of cover and there are excellent trips to caves and nearby cities such as Lucca and Barga that are easy drives. The roads in the valley are quite narrow but traffic is generally very light so you I'd recommend not renting an SUV as it makes it much more challenging to pass other cars at points. "

"Beautiful location with great views from the house. House is very spacious with very tradition Italian furniture. Plenty of seating, dishes and cooking implements etc. Bathrooms were well equipped. Pool was lovely with ample loungers and the grounds were well kept. The gym wasn't up to much, but we were there for a holiday, and the table tennis was great for the family. The only thing to be aware of is that the driveway is very steep in places with a sharp bend in it - we had a long estate car (Skoda Superb) and could not get round the bend in one go."

"We have just come back from our ten nights holiday in this wonderful property which is hosted by the lovely Patrizia and her extremely helpful and kind son, Francesco. On arrival Francisco was waiting at the property to welcome us, show us around, explain things to us, and answer any questions. Francesco was then always available via text to kindly help us make restaurant reservations, etc. He was always very quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we might need. He is such a lovely person. It was very nice also to meet Patrizia. Her jar of gorgeous homemade jam was a special treat in amongst the very generous box of welcome provisions in the kitchen. The house is a beautiful and traditional Italian home with three big sized bedrooms (that each have a fan and mosquito blinds), a shower room with WC, sink and bidet, a downstairs shower room with WC, small kitchen with everything you could possibly need, and a cosy living room. There were plenty of towels for all us, and Francesco even delivered a big box of more towels mid-stay! There is a fantastic laundry room, too. We absolutely adored the property's stunning outdoors with breathtaking views all around. The swimming pool was amazing, aswell as its eight sun longers, parasol, and cabina. The two outdoor covered dining areas are also excellent; in particular the beautiful loggia situation next to the impressive outdoor-kitchen and pizza oven. Perfection. welcome us a,explain"

"We had a lovely time in this beautiful and spacious villa. We would have preferred to be warned about the road (quite difficult) to access the villa. We had to horn with the car, even the neighborhood does. It avoided us to move every day. We also regret that nobody came for the pool during the stay. For the rest, everything was exactly as the photo’s !"
