"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"The apartment was clean and just like pictures. There were bare minimum of bedding and the futon in the living room was broken. Unfortunately the people in the apartment above were very loud and made sleeping difficult. The location was good. Easy walk to center city a restaurants."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! everything was clean and nicely set up. the bedrooms were beautiful and so were the bathrooms, the neighbors were friendly and i was even able to host a small gathering for my birthday and it just overall made my visit a 10/10"

"What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. I would definitely recommend!"

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around...

"No bed in our accommodation, only a very uncomfortable sofa to sleep on. No soundproofing from the street and especially from our bedroom neighbors. Useful parking space and clean apartment. Operating costs (180 USD) are 20 USD more than the price of the full two-night stay (140USD)."

"Perfect location for a quiet get away. Close to everything, but very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had all of the necessities. Bedding was great-clean and comfortable. Only drawbacks were hot water and drainage in shower and removing items from previous guest. It would have been nice to know that we were walking through one bedroom to get to the primary bedroom. So front bedroom has limited privacy "

As we walked into the hotel with our luggage and other items, we were seen by a staff member (I actually think she was the owner) and she immediately opened the door and greeted us. Excellence near Rittenhouse Square

"We had a delightful stay here as a family during the winter holidays. The hotel is conveniently located near Rittenhouse Square and all those neighborhood amenities, including the arts and cultural institutions. We visited the Franklin Institute, which is walkable from the hotel. The hotel itself is well-maintained and has excellent service. The rooms are updated and clean, and everything was comfortable. Valet parking was prompt. We would definitely return and recommend."

Excellent experience

"Excellent stay, very comfortable and quiet. The room was very clean and updated with a great dual shower head and some of the best water pressure I've had in a hotel. heating/ac was quiet and kept us comfy all night long without the normal loud clicking on and off you get in a lot of hotels. Our only complaint is the bathroom lighting was dim, no overhead light so it was difficult to shave and for my wife to do her makeup, etc. But that was a very minor complaint, overall great place to stay"
