"Very comfortable and out of the way "

"The place was cozy and super spacious. The host was easily accessible and answered my questions almost instantly. The host provided with guide videos to make it easy for you to understand how to navigate the property and all. Towels and hand towels were provided but I didn’t see washcloths. Nonetheless it was an amazing property with a very comfortable bed. I have already favorited trustbnb for additional stays in the future. "

"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. "This place offers a great location. But, the Interior is not as expected. Eventhough it possesses a good bed and a nice bathroom, but there is no chair to sit and work from home. No closet or hangers to put away clothes while there is enough space to accommodate these items. What was not acceptable for me was that the window blinds were disabled to close below the half way, which means I couldn't have privacy inside my room. "Property was clean and located near where we wanted to be. Double locks, one at enter and one at top of first flight of steps was added security. As many have said kitchen is lacking. If you plan to cook bring everything thing you need. Including salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Paper plates are a good idea also, not many dishes. Worked well for us and was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed. "

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. "This place was awesome. Staff were so nice and helpful. Free coffee. Only complaint is our room had no mini fridge but that was apparent in the description I just can’t read. We could walk everywhere we needed to go and the view from our window was amazing. Also such a good price. "

Gorgeous room for a romantic night

"Had a wonderful romantic night at the W. Room was beautiful, and very well kept. I love that the rooms have a little card with a QR code where you can tip housekeeping, instead of leaving cash, which I rarely have. The one thing my room was missing, which surprised me, was a hair dryer. I think of that as pretty standard, but maybe everyone brings their own these days? One other thing: I booked a reservation that included valet parking through hotels.com, but the W didn't have any record of valet parking being included in their reservation system. Ultimately they were able to include it, but it took a little time to get it sorted out. If I'd known, I might have called ahead. "
