"We had a great stay at this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We loved the buffet and some of the local restaurants near by. We loved the anemities such as the spa, suana, and steam room. "Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...
