"Absolutely lovely. Well lit leading to hotel, safe area to walk late at night, and the right amount of space. Staff always helpful and kind. Heads up if you have a large suitcase as there is no lift. Coffee and tea available in lobby, and a little sink in the room. All of about ten minutes from major train station, less for smaller one. "In a great location. Especially if visiting the theatre. Close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. I stayed in the basic double room, the bathroom was very small. The walls are also pretty thin, fine if you don’t have noisy people in the room next to you but unfortunately we did. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but 2.15am on a Monday night being woken up by guests next door wasn’t ideal. I would stay here again though as the location is excellent and all staff members...

"Our stay was amazing! Stayed 6 nights and the room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The location is great! Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. "I stayed here with two friends in a triple room, this was a double (maybe king) size bed and a top bunk style bed. This worked perfectly for us. The room was small and compact, but comfortable to relax in for one evening. The shower and toilet were the only slightly funny things because they are behind a type of listed glass but you can still see silhouettes which was amusing to us but maybe not something everyone would be comfortable with. "My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. The next time we come back to visit I must do my research. Housekeeping was great. Thank you"

"Excellent service from the staff straight away from entering the hotel. The room we had was very spacious and clean and even though being next-door to Waterloo railway station, you could not hear any noise from outside. Five minutes walking from Parliament./Downing Street/London eye. And not much further away is Buckingham Palace/Trafalgar Square and all the posh shops. I would give the hotel 9 1/2 out of 10 only halfway because of a cupboard door which wouldn’t close properly. Thank you."
