Right on the Esplanade as the name suggests, this guest house is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and around a 5 minute walk to the train station. My room, (Room 7) was a large room with a king bed and a sea view. The whole property seems to have been refurbished fairly recently. "Fantastic stay, Maxine is a star, amazing host and full of smiles and chat! Our room (5) was amazing, had everything in it you could possibly need, bed is the best I’ve slept in and the breakfast was 1st class full English. Highly recommended and just wish we were staying longer! Thanks Max x"
