"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"Enjoyed our 5-day stay at Ascott ICC. One of the two rooms had a slight musky smell when we first entered but that pretty much went away once the AC was running. Rooms were well lit, and placement of things make sense. The Apelles products provided were of good quality, especially the B5 hand cream and skin lotion. Special thanks to the front desk manager (sorry, I forgot your name) and technician, Mr Deng, for their kind assistance on the night my family members fell sick. My sister was down...
