"We had some disappointing things occur during our stay starting with no BBQ on the deck. The listing wasn’t clear that the BBQ was communal, especially with the posted pictures of the deck with two BBQs on it. The internet was out off and on the last few days of our stay and the Keurig broke. Overall these were overcome with a great time on the lake and we enjoyed the location of the property. "

"Bathroom toilet broken. Nobody fixed despite numerous attempts leaving us with 1.5 bathroom for 11 people. Bed was broken and hazard for kids and never fixed. WiFi was terrible making watching tv or working near impossible. Worst part is that nobody from the property management company did anything other than telling us a ticket is open. Easy fixes and simply terrible follow up via phone and chat."

"Carol was fast to respond and so lovely! We had an evacuation notice of level one and she was so kind enough to give us another night on another date. The pool and hot tub for the perfect size for my young boys, and my youngest even learned to swim in her pool!!❤️❤️ The view is absolutely fantastic—-we went jet skiing right across the street and the location is so nice to get into town. We highly recommend!!"

She was kind enough to even give us detailed recommendations for dining. The home is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is stocked with quality appliances, cookware and even great knives. "We stayed at Raven's View at the Lookout in Chelan for a wedding and had an amazing experience. The house offers a stunning view of the lake, which made for a beautiful and relaxing stay. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five couples, and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for gathering together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the weekend."
