"I was ill on the last day at the hotel with my IBS and the hotel allowed me to stay in my room until lunchtime to get well enough to leave free of charge. I felt that showed a compassionate and caring establishment for which my husband and I were very grateful. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the Ufford Park."

"Great place for families to stay after a day in Southwold. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was the best hotel room we have stayed in with our two children - plenty of space and we didn't feel on top of each other at all. Brilliant breakfast the next day, great choice and lovely FOH lady, who really looked after us and was kind to the children. She arranged for the some cooked items for my toddler then the chef came and asked what crockery would be best for him - we had our own plate which she kindly took and used. Overall brilliant service. We will be back again. "
