"Beautiful views, but the cleanliness was poor, floors hadn’t been cleaned and were dirty, cupboards / fridge had finger prints all over , dishwasher absolutely stunk of fish … we had to put it on twice with nothing in just to get rid of the smell. Lovely sliding doors to lovely views, but actual balcony was full of cobwebs. Downstairs pictures were quite deceiving as bunk bed room was very small and no black out blinds anywhere . "A very comfortable, clean & well equipped accommodation it had everything you could want on a break. Everything is excellent except it is very closed in around the outside I imagined from the title there were going to be views."

"The chalet was clean and comfortable apart from the ants in all bedrooms and bathroom, they got into handbags and luggage. It’s a quiet location. However internet was down. the smoke detector works when you use toaster or cooker. So had to have cold or eat out. So couldn’t really use as self catering. Ants and smoke detector really let it down if those issues were sorted would be lovely"

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location for us, a short walk from the beach and Bus stops so we didn't need to worry about finding parking. Our only problem was that the stairs are quite steep and, being retired and not in the best of health, my husband struggled with that."

"This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer."

"Lovely location and site. Nice and quiet. Lodge was superb, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to messages. A lovely break away, plenty to do in surrounding areas. We wanted to stay outside of Great Yarmouth and this was perfect. "

"We enjoyed our stay - the property was clean and is well looked after. It is a traditional chalet in a private holiday park which has some good amenities - at an extra cost. We appreciated the help from the owner when we needed it and was helpful at answering our queries before our stay. There are a few things that would make our score excellent - clarity of cost of electricity and instructions in the chalet of how to use it would have been helpful.
