"This was a wonderful spot to stay in VA. I would recommend and stay again. Only issue was our time there was too short."

"Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. Dinner at the restaurant is very good with vegan option (changing every day) Very nice spa facilities (although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer) Big credits to the restaurant team Electrical car charging station in the basement car park. On the minus side: Very limited vegan option at breakfast despite telling manager over and over. The only addition to the buffet was almond milk, which they were very proud about. Shortage of staff at breakfast. Guests have to clean tables themselves if they want to seat outside Cleaning standards in the room are way below what you would expect from a hotel that category (for the second year in a row) Several high chairs for babies at the restaurant but most of them are broken and not safe for children But the biggest minus is the manager who does not seem to understand (and it’s not because of the language barrier because I’m French) nor seem willing to change/do anything to accommodate guests’ requests. All things considered that was still a pleasant stay (thanks to the view from the room and the dinner), but we won’t be back for a third time "

"Breakfast was outstanding for quality and variety. Awesome way to start the day! The room was comfortable, bathroom beautiful and practical. The floor definitely is in need of a renovation. I would also suggest more or better choices for dinner menu, but that is just a personal preference. "

"Family of 4 adults and a dog stayed in La Thuile for a week. La Maison really, very homely. Cosy and clean and with a decent sized room each we were all more than comfortable.The living space is grand, lovely fire and pellet stove keeping all warm. The host was super helpful throughout, despite us being much later to check in than we hoped due to long journey. Nicola explained how everything worked, having waited hours for our arrival. Centre of town just ten minutes away. Many great walks close by in stunning scenery. It is in a peaceful old part of the old town, gorgeous. Really enjoyed our stay. All home comforts available and generously left for guests to enjoy. Check out easy. We would definitely go back. Thanks you very much."

"Overall the accommodation was good and a nice location to the slopes. Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. I would most probably stay there again in the future. "
