"Colvin’s Cove was perfect for our family getaway! They thought of everything to make the stay easier on their guests. We never had to leave the house, we played so many games as a family, and made tons of memories. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!"

"Super convenient! Close to restaurants. Can walk to downtown. Coded door lock and motion activated outdoor lighting around the parking area/side entrance was a nice feature. The house has character/history as a photography studio for many years. Bring along a 2-prong to 3-prong adapter for the upstairs bedroom to be able to power up your laptop if you use it while in bed. An extension cord is provided, but you will need the adapter."

"Aside from a few initial quirks, our stay of two weeks was enjoyable. Our hosts Sheri and JD were genial and informative. As we never had dwelt in a trailer, it was quite the experience. Chatham is a good hub for visiting Monroe, Shreveport and surroundings. Natchez and Vicksburg is an overnight trip. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Ruston this past weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom could use an updated bed, pretty hard, but made do. Everything else was nice. "

"We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). We were thrilled with the amount of space that provided us, and we loved the modern look and feel of the place! We will be pppp! Thanks to the host for everything! PJ"

"The space was beautiful and relaxing enough to prepare for a presentation the following day. Since the house is near a major interstate, it was a bit loud. But the convenience of the space and the accommodations made up for it!"
