"Our stay was lovely as were the rooms and facility. We enjoyed drinks in the library, walks on the grounds, and great food in Darby’s Tavern. We did encounter a few hiccups in service. The morning front desk attendant was a bit unpleasant as was one of the waitstaff in the Tavern. "I particularly noticed the absolute cleanliness and first rate workmanship in the hotel. Nice tile work, perfect painting, and everything was in working order and perfectly maintained. The only thing I could suggest would be to place a small, thick bathmat in the bathroom. The open shower allows water to wet the floor. I used a towel but it bunched up and interfered with opening the door."
