"We were in Hixson for a family get together. The home is spacious. Bathrooms have been updated and are quite nice. We spent the majority of our time in the sunroom and enjoyed having the trees in the background. There was a slight view of the lake. We even saw deer on occasion. The location provides easy access to surrounding areas. The home is near a major road in Hixson, so there is some road noise. However, we would definitely stay there again "

"This is the third time our group has been to this house and we loved it just as much as the first time! It sleeps a ton of people comfortably and plenty of space to relax. Misty the property manager is so communicative and helped out so much! This is a wonderful spot with beautiful views!"

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious enough that the 12 of us (4 children and 9 adults) were not on top of each other, yet cozy enough that we were able enjoy our early Christmas celebration. Our hosts did a great job of checking in and assuring us that they'd be available if needed. Honesty, everything was so well set up upon arrival that we wanted for nothing! It was clean and accessing entry was a breeze. I'd definitely stay here again."

The home was beautiful, accessible for an 85 y/o in a wheelchair and her daughter with MS that uses a walker. Perfect place for families! "

"We really enjoyed our time at the river house. I wish we had a few more days to explore on the kayaks but we hope to come back in the future. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!"

"Amazing property for multiple families. The main house, small house, and pavilion area allowed us to spread out but have common areas to gather. We originally rented to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation. After viewing the property, we decided to host an outdoor graduation party here.
