"This is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming apartment. Adam has taken care of everything and added some thoughtful touches. Located opposite a large parkland area with birds singing, lovely! It is just over the road from the bustop for the bus heading to Rundel Mall and other parts of Adelaide. We appreciated Adam's flexibility. We highly recommend this property if you want to see Adelaide and surrounding areas."

"This was a great home away from home. Know they do not have an elevator nor WiFi. Not sure about Air Conditioning as we did not need it. There were fans though the couple evenings it felt stuffy. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Everything worked. It was a pleasant place to be. "

"Broken beds and furniture. One key for 3 people. The 3rd bed was an inflatable that deflated multiple times through the night that it was demanded I pay extra for despite the listing & booking stating 2br, 3 queen beds."

"Although the property was well presented and comfortable inside, the external surroundings were poor with the street front not being finished off - ie no proper footpath and building debris not properly cleaned up. Furthermore although there was supposed to be a parking dedicated to the property we could not access it as someone had parked a trailer in the designated parking space. When we tried to get assistance regarding the parking neither the provided phone or email contacts for Expedia...
