"It ended up the property wasnt available, already booked and we had to find alternate accommodation and are still waiting for a refund. Stayz took pur money very quickly but take a long time to give it back. Makes it hard ehen you are expecting to have money availavle for your holiday. We are never going to use Stayz every again"

"The location was ideal as it was right in the CBD and close to shopping, food and transportation. Communication with Lincoln was quick and responsive and he was very accomodating towards our requests. However I must say that I actually expected a balcony as it showed in the listing which was a little deceiving. The overall apartment was acceptable and suited to the needs of 6 adults. "We enjoyed our four night stay at Ashton retreat. We found it a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the established extensive gardens around the retreat.The little touches made it special-a full fruit bowl, fresh milk , a variety of breakfast cereals, fresh coffees and a variety of teas etc. Kate and Andy were very welcoming - - thank you for the delicious homemade berry jam and fresh homegrown rhubarb. We are looking forward to returning in the near future."

"Perfect location and great views from balcony and lounge area. Unit 4 is definitely the pick of apartments as the others didn't have the same outlook. It has everything you need and with a few extras (dish drying rack, shelf in kitchen... food was stored on the fridge, no ther space, hairdryer) could be more user friendly. It had been cleaned but there was mould in the bathroom sink and shower which could easily have been cleaned up. Some newer sheets and towels would be awesome too."
