"Warm welcome from reception. Good to complete most of check-in online before getting to the hotel. Room was spacious thanks to upgrade to privilege room. Very spacious bathroom. Liked having a fridge in the room. Large comfortable bed. Breakfast was mostly good. Hot food could have been hotter. Like having a proper toaster and butter from a butter dish. Hotel is on an industrial estate so no other restaurants in walking distance. Food in restaurant was ok but nothing special."

"The room was warm, clean and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The hotel itself is conveniently located for Barnsley, Rotherham or Sheffield. There's a Lidl and an ASDA nearby if you need anything, and various late night fast food places in Chapeltown. There's a decent amount of free parking. Make sure you enter through the hotel entrance (on your right as you look at the building)..I arrived in the evening and followed another guest into the left hand entrance and we were stood in the empty bar area for a few mins wondering where everyone was! "

"Really nice find for an excellent stay over on a business trip. Comfortable warm room, nice big telly, excellent staff. The restaurant on site was very good, although expensive - for me a price of £36 for a steak is very toppy - although it was excellent."
