"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. "Everybody is extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. I have a difficulty with my food and they were overly helpful in the kitchen. The chef was extremely nice. This is really an upscale place. I would highly recommend it."
