Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. "Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the variety of breakfast was huge. One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night. "
