"Overall an average beach house that was efficient for our family vacation to the OBX. However, there were multiple things that if fixed would’ve given this house a higher rating. The house wasn’t fully cleaned upon our arrival with dog hair, cobwebs, dog poop in the yard, and sand in the house. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work all week. Also this listing makes it seem that the room with the sleeper sofa is in the basement, but it is a detached room down at the pool level that has minimal...

"Great place to stay right on the ocean. Pool, hot tub, few toys & chairs to use on the beach. Location is perfect to explore fun excursions and things to do for the kids. Close to Tim buck II shopping center and restaurants. House is very spacious with multiple refrigerators, ovens, & cookware. Overall great place to go with family or friends for a week vacation in the outer banks."

"We had such an awesome time at A Beach Attitude! The house was clean, and had everything we needed for a fun family vacay. We loved the backyard & pool, plenty of outdoor & indoor space for the family to spread out and have fun together. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen. The rooms and house were neat and organized. The area is so quiet & a short walk to the beach. Also a short drive to shops & activities. Great area for biking as well. We had the best time!"

"We had a great stay at Home on the Banks! The location is convenient to the Shad Street beach access that has a parking lot that we used easily because we were here in September after the main season. The community trolly stopped running before our week, so we drove down and back for convenience. The beach was not crowded and the water was beautiful! The unit is nicely equipped and decorated as the pictures show. We had one minor issue with some outside areas that needed additional attention...
