"We had a beautiful suite on the 5th floor. Very cool with 2 showers, 2 sinks, separate toilet, sitting area, spacious bed area. Having to take 2 elevators up to the room was odd but not a big inconvenience. Staff was very helpful. No A/C but opening windows solved the problem. "

"Overall, this place was fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint. Only complaint is we were in the area during the “off season”, and all the surrounding businesses were essentially closed. "It was a really enjoyable experience - the room was stylish, cosy and clean. Location of the chlatet is also great, close to town and the cable car. The only disappointment was that we were not aware their restaurant was closed during that weekend, although we much looked forward to dining there based on the good reviews we saw!"
