"The house was spacious and had lots of character. Our group was 5 adult men and we had plenty of space to stretch out. Location was great because we were very private with great views … but still only about 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery, and other amenities. All the large beds were very comfortable – the bunks not so much for an adult man … but overall still great. "

"I don’t think there is enough space to list all of the great qualities of this property!! First of all the cabin is amazing! It was just the right size for the two of us and had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully built with the perfect mix of modern meets nature. I don’t think you could get closer to the Conejos River without being IN it!! The sounds, the smells and the scenery exceeded expectations! We even heard, and then saw, a bull elk rounding up his cows one morning....

"This was a nice place to stay for our weekend getaway to Pagosa Springs. Its not a bad drive to town to enjoy the springs, etc. And it was nice to be away from the business of in town Pagosa Springs. The cabin is well set up with mostly everything you need. Easy to find, quiet, cute and just the right amount of rustic. Perfect size for our family of 3."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is close enough to town but far enough away to really relax and enjoy nature. The master bedroom, living and dining room have the most amazing forest views where we enjoyed the wild Turkey and deer that walked by. Waking up in the master bedroom was like waking up camping in the forest but without the tent! We will definitely be back again!"

"Quaint mountain cabin overlooking the river and lights of the small mountain village. Within easy drive to town, hiking areas. An hour from Durango. Very quiet and beautiful views. Had problems with mice or would have rated higher - scratching noises at night and feces on stairs during stay. Experienced healthcare due to a riding accident and very quality care. VIP worked with us to extend our stay which was very helpful due to circumstances."

"Gotta love a cabin that is Flying the Stars and Stripes when you arrive. Well appointed with all you need and Craig is online for anything and more. Hot tub was great even if it is not the biggest. Just take turns. The hiking trails are what really make the cabin special, not to mention the wildlife and special details in the cabin’s construction. Loved my stay here and don’t want to hype it too much bc I may want to visit it again. Thanks Craig! "
