We invite you to come enjoy this simple, clean home that provides accomodations for family-sized groups seeking an escape to rural Chama. Available here is off street parking, a fenced in backyard with a deck, full kitchen, and air conditioning. We gaurantee this home is professionally cleaned following each booking, and is furnished with basic desirables such as a bedding, towels, kitchen and eating utensils, and a Keurig.

Four off-street parking spaces are available, and trailer/RV parking if needed. The house only a 2 minute drive to the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, and most of Chama's restaurants and shops!

It was really good, close to Chama’s downtown.
We had a great time at Chama, our stay here at this location was perfect, within walking distance to stores and it was very clean heating and air conditioning worked very good.

Chama get away
We stayed here before and after riding the steam train out of Chama. The place was clean and met our needs. We enjoyed evening on the back porch.

Nice place to stay!
The property was clean & had plenty of room for all of us. The only thing my nieces missed, was a TV. But that was ok, it gave us plenty of opportunity to explore!

Clean and Affordable House in Beautiful Chama
Great house, clean, updated in a fair location. The only downfalls are horrible beds (sleeping on plywood) and no TV or internet. If they get new beds and TV I will be staying there annually on my hunting trips.

The house was clean and was as advertised. It was nice to have a few bottled waters in the fridge upon arrival and a few coffee pods to get us going the next morning. I would stay again.

Great Winter Quite Getaway
The owner was very responsive and helped us out due to a medical emergency. The home was very nicely decorated and plenty of room! As noted in other posts, there is not a TV or internet, so might want to consider bringing some games if children are with you. An outdoor grill and firepit would have been nice. Good location! Will stay again.

Its a really nice house
I think the photos are not very good but the house is actually very nice and clean its a 3 bedroom house bit the rooms are very big, the manager or the owner (Dylan) is very kind and all this without mentioning that the house is at a very good price thank you I will definitely rent it again if I return to this area.

Close to downtown area and highways leaving Chama. Wi-Fi Would be nice but good phone signals in the area. No TV which was fine for us on a 2 night stay.

Elk Hunting trip
Access to the property was easy due to good communication with the owner. House was nice and clean and well stocked. Generally it was quiet at night with the exception of the neighbor’s 3 dogs that barked occasionally. My only constructive feedback would be that they add a grill to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was very basic. No TV no chairs in the bedrooms to sit on while changing. Kitchen table and chairs are so tall it makes it uncomfortable.

Hunting rental
Very clean and convenient. Water pipes were frozen due to cold weather that was beyond the control of the property owner. The property manager had the cleaning lady come over with some water and offered to let us use a shower that she had in another rental. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a good time. Looking forward to renting it again next year during hunting season.

House did not include a TV. Queen bed in master bedroom was of such poor quality we slept in the small bedrooms. Those beds were of good quality. Neighborhood is questionable.

Weaving in New Mexico
Spent 5 days in Chama for a weaving workshop. Town is small and pretty shut down after the season. Beautiful countryside. The house was clean and basic. Dylan was very responsive and good with communication.
