"We called on our way to the hotel. Was informed we needed to be there before 7pm or we wouldn’t be able to check in instead of the 1030 check in on the booking info. We barely made it. The room looked stayed in and no toilet paper or toiletries. We had to go back out and find the usual hotel provided items in an small town that shuts down early. Just an awful experience. Tried taking it up with the clerk or manager the next morning. A service lady said no one was around to talk to and have an...

"We loved everything about our stay and only wished we had booked another night, especially when the train was cancelled due to snow! It would have been the PERFECT place to hang out all day in the rain/snow! Someone might want to go through the games, as many have missing pieces and cannot be played😅"
