"A beautiful eclectic home !! Had a wonderful family girls trip celebrating my sister’s 65th birthday! This home was spacious with stunning views and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed that we were close enough to town and yet at the end of the day benefited from the privacy & uniqueness of this fabulous home , additionally, the goats were an added bonus to our fun . Lastly , David could not have been a better host !. Our needs were immediately addressed !! A++"

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We had an amazing stay at the property! Surprised my mom for her 70th birthday and had so much fun. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the cars go by and the sheep grazing across the street. Swam in the pool, relaxed in the wood fired hot tub, played lawn games, and built a fort with the human sized lincoln log set. I'd highly recommend this property for any family looking to have a relaxing weekend in the country."

"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. My sister drove over from the finger lakes and we hosted a family dinner for her and my in-laws. It was . takeout from Spatola’s we just loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it. "The perfect house for a group of friends to enjoy the fall delights of bucks county in between wedding parties! Hosts were excellent and very responsive when needing minimal assistance. The stocked snacks were a delightful touch. "

"We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!"
