"What was wrong that there was no air in the room, we couldn't open any windows. The TV was set to a different language as English so we couldn’t watch anything at the evening. The food was expensive so we didn’t eat there at all. Otherwise it was clean, quiet and good for 3 nights."

"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...
