"The staff here were so friendly, hard working, and helpful. The lobby has a nice eating area and the rooftop has a great view of the city skyline and the river. The bathrooms were always kept cleaned, the lockers were big and could accommodate my stuff, and the building is kept locked and safe. I had never stayed in a hostel before, but staying here was nice and easygoing. I would definitely book with them again"

"This place is a gem!! 💎 I love this place. They helped me through a big tattoo piece and took a week. During that time, lucky house focused on me and my personal tattoo as a priority and made sure the room stay air conditioned, clean, and extra towels for accidental ink spill. I personally would not recommend anywhere else, oh almost forgot I felt safe with my belongings in the room... Even when I left jewelry out on the counter. "Well appointed modern style rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice pool space with a great view, however the pool did not look clean. It almost had a green color and noticeable green discolouration on the white tile. It should also be mentioned in the property details that it is a dry hotel, no alcohol is served. "

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the airport. I appreciated the shuttle bus service, which, at only ฿100 (approximately $3), was a much more convenient and hassle-free alternative to a taxi. The on-site restaurants were also excellent. Furthermore, I particularly liked the secure elevator access, which required a guest keycard, ensuring only registered guests could use it.""
