The staff was helpful and considerate and extremely helpful and understanding to MY mistakes or my USA Banks Fault .. this hotel was my favorite breakfast Buffett in Bangkok and also right next to the BTS ( Train or metro station). So transportation to go sightseeing was excellent.. The staff was helpful in sharing what to do and where to go based on what I was looking for …. All in all it was a great experience ( highly recommend ) "
