When the vent was on during the day (compulsory), it was not quiet enough but it was kinda fine, though it was accompanied by a mildew smell, that went away when the vent is off at 5pm. "The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."
