"I had a really lovely stay, check in and reception staff wereovely and my room was clean and comfortable. It was noisy on a morning - very little sound proofing and cleaning staff talking loudly. The breakfast is just amazing - so much choice and very high quality. The location in the centre of Bologna could not be better. "

"Hotel facilities, breakfast, location and ambiance was brilliant. This hotel was a short walk from all the main attractions and main square. The reception, concierge and room staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and very clean and comfortable. The windows are openable too which I like. There’s water in the mini fridge. The shower and bathroom were wonderfully stocked with little niceties like shower caps (rainforest shower demands this!) very happy customer who will definitely be back. "

"I became extremely sick after arriving and the woman at the front desk was so helpful in getting me a hot meal from next door. I felt so taken care of and safe as a solo traveler abroad. "This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without asking reception to do it. Overall a great little hotel, and any shortcomings were easy to ignore given the lovely staff."
