"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. "What a find. On the Santo Stefano Square in the heart of the city, up only 1 flight of stairs, very spacious. The food in Bologna is amazing and the archetecture is stunning. A couple of small areas for improvement. The paint in the bathroom is flaking away. The matresses on the floor in the main room should be rep[laced with couches."
