"We spent there 3 nights in the winter time and it was amazing. Very friendly dogs, my kids spent time with sheep's, rabbits, chickens and guinea pigs. All the time was busy:)) A bit cold and wet inside the house in the winter time, but overall everything was amazing. Amazing gardens with oranges! Very friendly host, also we had earlier check in and welcome presents."

"Beautiful place to stay when exploring Portugal. Sometimes it’s best to get off the beaten path. Accommodations were great and the hosts made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very nice. Would stay again. "

"Cute little place. Undergoing some renovations at the moment but is still a good place to stop while visiting the northern part of Portugal's Alentejo coast; promises to be even better once the pool is ready! The lady at the check-in desk was very helpful and took a lot of pride in her job. Would stay here again."

"The windmill and annex building were great. The walled courtyard was really nice. I was not thrilled with the town itself but this being just outside of town made the stay very enjoyable. "The hotel is opposite a beautiful beach with a gorgeous outlook from the restaurant. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had the buffet dinner and breakfast both of which were very good quality and offered a wide choice with excellent value for money. We will definitely stay again"
