"Staff are amazing, everyone is so lovely and right after asking about things, it is met and done! Breakfast options really good and has a family/kids friendly environment, the only things is that I was feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed when staff were trying to cuddle my baby girl, I knew it was coming from a kind heart but I personally didn’t like it. Also, no dish wash liquids were available so I couldn’t wash my baby’s food container, the cleaner did not have it also!"

"The perfect place to stay in Bali! We have previously stayed at many other resorts in bali and this was our first time at this beautiful resort. The breakfast buffet is one of the best with a huge selection of food. The rooms are so clean, the pools are lovely with full bar service at a press of a button or you can the swim up to the poolside bar. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Location is perfect, they also have a buggy to take you in town or to the beach. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again."
