"A friend and I rented the Woodsy Retreat for our stay during a dance workshop and were delighted we did! This was one of the best rentals I have been to, with so much attention to detail. Super comfy beds, yummy breakfast provided, AMAZING hot tub facing the woods, we definitely will be returning. Dancia was so kind in her communication. Five stars and then some !!"

"What a great place to get away. It’s amazing watching the sunrise and sunset at the dinning table. Then take a nice stroll kayaking in the Eld inlet. Just an awesome property to spend your vacation. Best time to launch the boats is when the water level is higher so you don’t have to tread through the mud to reach the water. "

"My Aunt was turning 84, the last of her family. So we decided to surprise here and my cousins came from Maryland, Oklahoma, Idaho, California and Washington. This was a perfect location; large spacious yard, lots of space indoors to display pictures and thee game room kept everyone talking. Central location for those in Washington and staying at hotels. Views of thee water was outstanding. I would stay there again if travels bring me back."

"Overall, our two families had a wonderful stay! Lovely historic home, very clean, spacious, and charming. Communication with the host was great. It was a hot weekend, and we were thankful for the AC units. Didn't use the fireplaces! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen - there were decent pans, sharp knives, good appliances. Salt/pepper/olive oil provided. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Close to town, we walked to the antique stores. Only downsides are out of the...
