"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"Foi uma experiencia ruim! Cheguei e o atendente João foi bem gentil. Fiquei no quarto 8. O chuveiro estava fora da tomada (sim, tinha uma tomada) e a tomada estava derretida. No dia seguinte antes do meu passeio avisei um rapaz e entreguei a chave para que concertassem. Quando retornei as 19, a recepcao que era para ficar aberta ate as 21 estava fechada e eu sem a chave do quarto. Liguei no numero de emergencia que estava na porta e o telefone tocava na propria recepção. Apos ligar algumas vezes...

"De modo geral, foi muito boa a estadia, todos muito cordiais. Estranhamos apenas que das 5 diárias que ficamos, chegamos com o quarto limpo, mas ele foi limpo apenas uma vez mais, mas ficaria novamente hospedada porque o custo-benefício foi bom. O que fez toda a diferença foi que todos os dias tem 3 bolos caseiros diferentes quentinhos logo cedo para o café. Fomos conquistados pelo apetite!"

"Location was good as it was walking distance to Feira da Luar and restaurants. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Sheets and towels not very clean. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Though they had parking, depending on which lot they put you in, it was difficult to get in and out."

"Adoramos a hospedagem no Cambará devido a localização, limpeza diária , café da manhã muito completo e gostoso, quarto família grande e a cordialidade dos funcionários. Foram dias muito especiais . Minha única sugestão ao hotel seria melhoria na qualidade dos travesseiros (finos e baixos ) e melhorar a qualidade nas toalhas de banho "

"Modern, clean, comfortable. Checkin was a hassle because we did not get the required “codes” prior to arrival (Hotel has no reception desk, check in is done using app on phone. App is in Português only). Also, WiFi code stopped working after one day and we had to contact a remote help desk to have security guard bring us new code. Staff that was in building were very helpful in assisting us with check in. One last thing, packs of barking dogs and roosters nearby were annoying."
