"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"A Pousada fica muito bem localizada: é bem próxima do centro da cidade, muito próxima à sede do Abismo Anhumas (para quem for fazer o treinamento do passeio), próxima a lojas de conveniência (literalmente ao lado e em frente), é possível acessar todos esses locais a pé em pouco tempo. O quarto tem ar condicionado e frigobar, camas confortáveis e o chuveiro estava funcionando com ótimo fluxo de água. O quarto que fiquei era distante da rua, então era bem silencioso. A limpeza do quarto aconteceu...

"O lugar é sensacional. O quarto é grande e estava muito bem limpo, com cama confortável, banheiro limpo e cheiroso. A banheira, o qual meu quarto tinha, estava bem limpa e funcionando perfeitamente. A piscina da pousada é super bonita e aconchegante. O café da manhã servido pela pousada é maravilhoso, com muita variedade."

It also looked like the location was in the middle of many repairs and upgrades, which surely will look very nice when completed.
