"Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!"

"Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Os pontos positivos são: a localização do Hotel, excelente café da manhã, banheiro grande e os funcionários atenciosos. Os pontos negativos: fiquei no quinto andar, as camas eram velhas, colchões horríveis, roupa de cama furada. Além disso, os elevadores precisam ter melhor manutenção, acabei ficando presa dentro dele pois parou de funcionar assim que eu entrei. Outro ponto, foi que reservei 4 quartos e precisávamos de 1 vaga de estacionamento, porém no dia que chegamos o estacionamento estava lotado e meu carro teve que ficar na rua. Acredito que o Hotel precise de uma remodelagem nos móveis e troca total de roupas de cama e travesseiros."

"They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful"
