"We have stayed here 3 times. The entire hotel is clean, has comfortable beds, and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect for walking to downtown New Port Ritchey. Breakfast is good-eggs and corned beef hash was great. And ability to make waffles was a nice addition. Coffee available before breakfast was appreciated. And thank you to the lady in charge of breakfast. Great job and she was very professional and friendly. The young person at the front desk was kind and helpful to store our luggage. Will return again."

"The hotel is definitely older but it is a well kept facility that appears to have went through fairly recent renovations. The rooms are fairly spacious with tall 10 ft ceilings. Staff was perfectly nice and helpful. A decent place to take a family. The continental breakfast was reasonably good and definitely adds some value. I would not call it a 3 star hotel but would not call it a two star either. I would recommend just don't expect Holiday Inn level accomadations. A bit above average of an experience and for the price it is quite reasonable of a deal."

"Where do I start? First, I called because I mistakenly double booked and Tiana was absolutely amazing ands very kind. She helped me out with cancelling one and confirming the prepaid reservation. I was still in my home state, but then when I arrived the next day, Tiana took care of me and continued demonstrating kindness and professionalism. When I checked out in the morning, I spoke to Marlene, and boy was she so nice. Thank you for your hard work and taking the extra time to ensure customer satisfaction because that I am, very satisfied from my stay at this property! Thanks again"
