"Elvira ( Property Manager) was very pleasant and always available should I need anything. Went out of her way to make sure I always got packages that were delivered and also to make sure I was in the correct driveway. I always pulled into the wrong one at the beginning of my stay and she would run outside and direct to the right driveway. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. She cares about her little apartment and her guests!! "

"We had a great time. The property was nice. It did appear upon checking in, that the tub had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, but that was a minor detail. Overall, it was what we expected. Nice to be right on the river!"

"The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return. "

"Unfortunately it was only a one night stay for us but after staying we will absolutely plan a longer stay in the future. The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. "
