"Elvira ( Property Manager) was very pleasant and always available should I need anything. Went out of her way to make sure I always got packages that were delivered and also to make sure I was in the correct driveway. I always pulled into the wrong one at the beginning of my stay and she would run outside and direct to the right driveway. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. She cares about her little apartment and her guests!! "

"Unfortunately it was only a one night stay for us but after staying we will absolutely plan a longer stay in the future. The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "

"This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. "

"Beautiful little studio apartment with breathtaking views of the river. Extremely easy to find and close to restaurants and activities. The only potential downside is that the metal spiral staircase which could be a problem for those with physical issues. It was not a problem for us but we did have to carry our elderly dog up and down the steps. Otherwise our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend "

"My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at the condo. I do not know why the first rating was so low. The few minor concerns that we had were addressed in a timely manner. The location was great for us.
