"Small, but with efficient use of space. Perfect for my needs.Everything I needed was there, including water and snacks. I loved having my own private entrance with a key. And the patio was delightful.The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t roll my luggage around the house to my entrance door because it is a stepping stone walkway. But carrying it was certainly doable, and I needed the exercise.I will definitely be staying here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Marco was very nice and very easy to communicate with as well! I loved how clean and quiet everything is and I love that the property also had a very cute backyard to sit in as well. I certainly would choose to stay at this property again when I visit! "

The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. "
