"We loved it here and hope to come back. The river is the main character and the historic cabin makes this a perfect getaway. If you don’t appreciate a little rustic charm you may not enjoy it as much as we did. There are plenty of amenities like the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night and watched the spawning salmon. There were many books about the area. The host checked in on us which was so nice. We loved the area and can’t wait to return. "

"I couldn't imagine a better place to be in 100 degree+ heat. The cabin was clean, cool and comfortable, but the river front access was a highlight. There are many chairs to sit and watch the river and passersby. There are floaties secured in the water with a small "beach" access for children and adults alike to splash in the cold water (at their own risk, off course). "House is on a big lot and was quiet. Very clean and check-in was no problem. We had a small group, and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels and kitchen appliances/silverware/etc. Great location, we would stay again! "

"An amazing experience. Rosie is the most generous and thoughtful host. So many extras, from the chili and corn bread upon arrival to the oatmeal and fresh apples for breakfast The roses from her garden smelled so very good. The night sky was so clear, star watching was chilly but delightful. We'll definitely be staying with Rosie again."

"This is a lovely and relaxing space. Fully fenced and pet friendly. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The sulfur water felt really great on my skin. Yes it’s smelly, but I knew that going into it and it was not a problem at all for me. Full amenities and private. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway. "The tiny home was so fun and functional and the hot tub was great after being out all day. The view of the mountains was spectacular as well as visiting Crater Lake. We came to Shady Cove for a funeral would come again for more site seeing. Nice and quiet too. Thanks so much for building this cute tiny home"

"Cabin was the most epic place to stay. Beautiful views from the porch. The shower it self was amazing. They had baby goats that were just the cuddly and friendly animals to see. Turtle was definitely my favorite to love on. Cant wait to go back and spend more time here."

About a 40 minute float and a 4 minute drive for drop off! Floated to the splash pad water park and stopped for a picnic and let the kids play. Property was gorgeous, beds are comfy, owner was quick to respond with any and all our request."

"Such a warm, inviting and cozy home! My family had such a wonderful time! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, the large kitchen, and the open floor plan that made the family room our great meeting & games place! The owners are wonderful human beings! We can’t wait to visit again!"

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point, an IHG Hotel

"Enjoyed our stay, thank you! The HIE is nestled off I5 in Central Point. There's a short drive off the highway to the hotel itself. There are a few dining options around and a convenience store within a 10-15 minute walk away. When we showed up the front desk receptionist was very kind. She saw that we had a family of five and that the sleeping situation would be tight with our toddler. She upgraded us to a 2 Queen Bed Suite and let us spin the Members wheel for additional rewards points. Theres typically flavored water in the lobby. I thought the games next to the business center were a nice touch. The Suite room was very clean, well kept, and orderly. All the appliances worked, including the fridge and microwave. The ice machine was right across from our room but wasnt loud. Our room was right off the parking lot, which is right next to a greenbelt and I5 - the noise didnt bother us. Beds were comfy. A/C and heat worked fine. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. Breakfasy was alternating options full spread. Cereal, fruit, milk, pancake machine, oatmeal, sausage, eggs/omelets, muffins/toast/bagels, hot cinnamon rolls, juice machine, yogurt, etc. Definitely glad we dropped a few extra bucks to stay here versus some meager rations motel. Breakfast hours vary but are ~6-10AM. The pool and hot tub well well maintained. The kids had a blast. Hot tub was indeed hot, pool wasnt heated but swimmable. The pool hours run 530am to 10PM! Best pool hours weve seen at any hotel."
